The Most Coveted White Burgundy

The Most Coveted White Burgundy

by Westgarth Wines August 14, 2019

Chardonnay may have fallen from fashion but if you buy premium wine you know that white Burgundy, which is made of Chardonnay, well deserves a place on the pedestal. A round-up of Bourgogne’s white wines that are worth the most is headed by Domaine Leflaive Montrachet Grand Cru, followed by Domaine Romanée-Conti’s rendition of the same vineyard. No great shock there, but there are some surprises. Coche-Dury’s bottling sits at number six, having risen in price nearly 30% in the last two years. Read up on the rest of the list here!
