Q: What condition are the wines in?
A: We buy all our wines directly in Europe, import ourselves and only sell wines in their original packaging. If it’s not in its original packaging it will be clearly shown.
Q: Are photos available?
A: Yes for older vintages photos will be available upon request.
Q: Do you sell single bottles?
A: We specialise in wines by the case but on rare occasions do sell bottles
Q: Where can you ship to?
A: We ship to all states in the USA
Q: Can I collect the wine from your address?
A: No – We are not licensed to hand you your wines form our premises. They have to be delivered to an address.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: The wines are shipped in a wine shipping box and the case is sent separately through Fed Ex or UPS
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: We have two shipping options:
PLEASE NOTE: We don’t recommend delivering wines in temperatures above 80F or freezing but we do also offer an extra thermal layer for $20 and a pre 10.30 am delivery can also be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for these requests.
Q: Can you hold my wine?
A: Yes, at check out the ‘hold’ option will put your wines into our storage free of charge for the first 3months. After that we will need to have a shipping to deliver. We cannot offer collection of the wines from our address
Q: How do I track my orders?
A: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped
Q: Can you write a gift message for me?
A: Yes, but this service is only available with the 10-14 day delivery service. Please contact email@example.com right after you place the order with the message you would like to send.
Q: Can I store my wines with you?
A: Yes we offer storage service in our San Francisco warehouse
