If you don’t know much about Taittinger’s Champagne, you should start with the proper pronunciation: “tet-ahn-zhay”. If you want to dig deeper you could study the history (the first vineyards were planted nearly 300 years ago by monks!), its pedigree (it is one of the esteemed Grand Marques), and the composition of the bubbly itself (the tête de cuvee Comtes de Champagne is 100% Chardonnay).
