Cheers to Australia

Cheers to Australia

by Westgarth Wines February 04, 2019

Australian wine exports are rising both in value and volume. The world’s desire to buy Australian fine wine is particularly evident in the $20-29.99 AUD category, which grew 65%. Unpackaged wine exports were up in both volume and value. The demand is coming from the US, China, and UK. Australian exports to China stand out, having increased 18% in value and 7% in volume. The favored wine being shipped out is red, albeit white wine value rose too.
