(from two very large parcels of vines totaling over 3 ha). An ultra-pure and highly complex nose of honeysuckle and essence of ripe pear liqueur introduces the silky and equally pure mineral-inflected middle weight flavors. There is a wonderfully clean and citrusy character to the driving, energetic and linear finish that despite the elevated sense of verve comes across as almost delicate. This should be fabulous in time as is one of the better vintages for this wine in a while. 94/2020+
