(from a .36 ha parcel in Mochamps; 75% from 25+ year old vines and the remainder is from 40+ year old vines). The aromatic profile is completely different from that of the Combottes and much more deeply pitched with earthy dark berry fruit, floral and game hints. There is excellent volume and verve to the solidly powerful and muscular flavors that possess good if not imposing size and weight on the complex and beautifully long finish. (91-94)/2024+
