(from younger vines Musigny). It is immediately evident that there is more here with its highly complex, cool and ultra-pure red berry fruit, floral, spice and stone hints. There is excellent delineation to the voluminous and attractively textured medium weight flavors that exude a fine minerality on the saline-infused finish. I very much like the sense of energy on the finish where the supporting tannins are just ripe enough to avoid any youthful asperity. This is one of those wines that you just feel like drinking as it’s so refreshing. 91/2019+
