    Big, bold and robust with aromas of toast and ash, game, fur, smoke and earth followed by powerful, chewy and quite structured, mildly jammy flavors with an intensity that builds from the attack all the way to the long finish. Bright acidity and oak toast frame the finish yet this should integrate over time. A very solid effort that will require some time to fully express itself.
