(from a .40 ha holding, 95% of which is situated in Vaillons proper with the remainder in Séchet). This is also quite floral with ripe and softly spicy aromas that combine notes of exotic fruit, in particular white peach and mango, with those of citrus and quinine. The more refined and equally sleek middle weight flavors possess a lovely sense of underlying tension while delivering sneaky good persistence on the relatively powerful and slightly drier finish. Good stuff here and worth considering. 92/2024+
