(from a small parcel that makes on average one barrel annually; 100% new wood). Moderate wood influence stops just short of fighting with the earthy and spicy red and dark currant scents that are trimmed in discreet floral elements. The considerably bigger and much more powerful big-bodied flavors possess an interesting caressing mouth feel that leads to a very seriously structured and explosive finish. Don’t even consider opening this young as it would be a considerable waste of development potential. (92-94)/2029+
