It's floral, vibrant with red fruit and with very fine tannins, full development of flavors and aromas, with a purity they had not reached in previous vintages. They harvested a little later, but the wine kept a moderate 13.5% alcohol and a low pH of 3.39, denoting superb freshness. 2021 was also lower yielding because of frost, and they only produced 3,049 bottles.
