Champagne Considers Changes

Champagne can only come from a small region in France, with clearly marked boundaries. For the first time, the country is considering expanding some of the boundaries. Some point to regions just outside the area that can create sparkling wines they consider just as fine. Others side with tradition. Would a larger terroir decrease the caché of this leading name in fine wine? Read on for more opinions!
